The ceiling is written in a currency the cashier does not show you

One operator here writes a withdrawal ceiling with a clause number, and it is in US dollars. Another writes an instalment rule in USDT. Across the 100 brands in our fact library, 14 publish a ceiling: eight in euros, three in dollars, two in USDT and one in euros and dollars at once. Not one is written in Australian dollars.

The number is real; the unit is somebody else's

A withdrawal ceiling is the amount an operator will release in a stated period, with the rest held back for the next period. It is one of the few figures in a casino's terms that a reader can act on, because it decides how long a large win takes to reach a bank account.

On this site one operator writes such a ceiling with a clause number: Wild.io, US$100,000 per seven-day period under clause 9.6, with a second limit of US$200,000 per 30-day period in the same terms. Meanwhile many cashiers display balances in AU$. So an Australian reader looking at that ceiling is reading a limit that moves for or against them every day, set by a currency market neither party controls.

Weekly and monthly figures for Jackbit and Betpanda.io also circulate on review sites. Neither figure was found in those operators' own documents, and both were removed from this site on 17 September 2026. A ceiling that cannot be traced to a clause is a claim about a document nobody can point to.

This page prints no AU$ conversions, on purpose

It would be easy to put an Australian figure beside the US$100,000, and it would be the most-read number on the page. It would also be a number this site invented.

A conversion is true only at one moment. The rate that applies is the rate on the day the withdrawal is processed, and the operator is not obliged to publish which rate it uses or when it is set. A converted figure printed today would be wrong within days.

What to do instead: decide the sum you would want out, convert it yourself at the rate on the day, and compare it in the currency the clause uses.

A weekly figure and a monthly figure do not compare

Periods are where readers most often read a ceiling backwards, and the arithmetic takes ten seconds.

Wild.io shows why. Its terms set US$100,000 per seven-day period and also US$200,000 per 30-day period. Four weeks at the weekly rate would be US$400,000; the monthly rule cuts that to half. The two periods work together, and the longer one is the one that binds a large win.

Whenever an operator publishes more than one period, the shortest period is the one you meet first and the longest is the one that actually limits a large balance. A win of US$450,000 at Wild.io would therefore take longer than four and a half weeks to leave in full, because the 30-day rule caps each month at US$200,000.

A ceiling and an instalment plan are different clauses

Clause 8.8 provides that a balance above 50,000 USDT may be paid in instalments rather than in one transfer. Nothing is withheld above the line; the payment is scheduled.

The unit there is USDT rather than US dollars — a token designed to track the dollar rather than the dollar itself — so the AU$ value of the line moves with the same exchange rate.

Filed under a heading like “maximum withdrawal”, an instalment threshold reads as a limit and looks generous or harsh depending on its size. It is neither. What it changes is how the money arrives, not whether it arrives.

The rows with no figure at all

Eight of the ten operators here have no ceiling that could be read in their own documents. That is the majority of the table, and it is worse than a low number, not better.

An unpublished ceiling is set at the moment it becomes relevant, by the party it protects. A published one can be planned around; an unpublished one cannot, because there is nothing to plan against until a large withdrawal is already waiting. The practical step is simple: before a large deposit, ask support by email what the ceiling is, and keep the answer with its date.

The same logic runs through the identity rules, where not one of the ten publishes an amount below which documents are never requested — the no-KYC page sets that out.

The pattern across a hundred brands

Fourteen of the 100 brands in the fact library publish a ceiling. Six use a weekly period, five monthly, two daily, and one sets a limit per payment rather than per period, which is a different rule again.

By currency it is eight in euros, three in US dollars, two in USDT and one written in euros and dollars together. No Australian dollar figure appears anywhere in the set. Australian-facing marketing, AU$ balances in the cashier and an Australian flag in the footer do not change the currency of the contract.

What to do with this before depositing

  1. Find the withdrawal clause and note the amount, the currency and the period.
  2. If there are two periods, work out which one binds the balance you expect.
  3. Convert at the rate on the day, not at a rate printed on a review page.
  4. Where no ceiling is written, ask support and keep the answer.
  5. Read the ceiling together with the identity clause, because a document request can hold a withdrawal before any ceiling applies.

The full comparison shows the ceiling column for all ten operators, and the high-roller page covers the other limit large players meet: the maximum bet per game.
